Generate the output folder name based on reconstruction parameters, model attributes, constraints, and loss settings.
- Parameters:
output_dir (str) – Base directory where the output folder will be created.
indices (list) – List of indices used in the reconstruction.
init_params (dict) – Initialization parameters for the reconstruction.
recon_params (dict) – Reconstruction parameters, including settings like prefix, postfix, and batch size.
model (object) – Model object containing attributes such as probe, object, and optimizer parameters.
constraint_params (dict) – Constraints applied during reconstruction, such as filters and smoothing.
loss_params (dict) – Loss parameters used in the reconstruction process.
recon_dir_affixes (list) – List of tags or presets to include in the folder name. Defaults to [“default”].
verbose (bool) – Whether to print verbose messages during folder creation. Defaults to True.
